Reservation Process

• - Step 1. Download a hotel reservation form or go to the hotel website directly.
• - Step 2. Fill out hotel reservation form and send it directly to the hotel via e-mail by February 5(Mon), 2024
• - Step 3. Receive the confirmation letter from the hotel.
