* Luncheon & Satellite Symposium, Product Theater: Please kindly check the allocated times as previously announced.

How to Submit Your Presentation File

Pre-submission

File Name	Session Name_Speaker’s Name (Ex. Symposium 1_Gil Dong Hong)
Submission	Click and upload your file (Invited Lecture) Click and upload your file (Plenary & Free Paper Session)
Submission Deadline	March 31, 2023

Submit presentation file On-site (Preview Room)

Please visit the Preview Room at least 1 hour before your scheduled presentation and bring your presentation files on a USB memory stick.
Presenters are requested to check their presentation files to ensure they work correctly in on-site System.
If your presentation files(s) contain(s) movies or sound, you are requested to zip them into one folder and bring them on site (preview room) to ensure that they work properly.
Preview Room: B1, Bridal Room, Grand Hyatt Incheon.

Equipment

Session rooms will be equipped with a computer, projector and microphone.
The podium will be equipped with a monitor, microphone, mouse and smart pointer.
We DO NOT recommend using your own laptop computer for your presentation to avoid problems with computer-projector compatibility.
*Apple Macintosh / Apple Keynote / Personal Laptop Users: Please visit the on-site preview room and bring your Mini Display Port-VGA Adapter.

Before your Presentation

Please be sure to keep to the allocated presentation time in consideration of the next speaker.
Arrive at your session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
You will be responsible for controlling/advancing your presentation slides.

Request to use ‘Zoom’ or ‘PowerPoint’ program to record your presentation.
Find a quiet place and turn any mobile devices to silent mode.
